Flight of Imagination at Origin Bar, Shangri-la Singapore

The decision to craft the review in poetic form was inspired by the sheer creativity from the team at Origin Bar led by Adam Bursik, Bar Manager. Instead of outsourcing the work to a design agency, the team took it upon themselves to craft the entire “INFINITY” menu, selecting the concept and even how special ink was used when printing the menu.

The illustrations
for each cocktail in the menu are but just one way that conveys the vision of the team. With the help of Midjourney, Adam meticulously conceptualized each illustration layering at least 3 different AI generated images atop each other. Cocktails aren’t just drinks at Origin Bar —they’re masterpieces. Each cocktail, paired with interesting glassware and themed coasters, is a wonderland of flavor and artistry.

Ma To Ma To: Fords Gin, Green Tomato Siete, Misterios Mezcal Sweet, salty, acidic, savoury and umami all at once. Sip on distilled Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce mixed the smokiness of Mezcal, , green tomato cordial and a finishing touch of fragrant roasted sesame and seaweed.
